I have received a letter from a Lawyer which represents Kelowna Dental Offices of Kelowna Landmark Dental Centre and assume Dr. Angelyn Salaberry.

Upon reading this letter it is unclear if Kelowna Dentist Office Dr. Angelyn Salaberry Landmark Dental Centre has taken any steps to correct misrepresentations within her chart knowing she made misleading/unsupported allegations that others have relied upon. She has the duty of accurate patient charts and the duty to ensure those relying on her charts are informed of mistakes in a timely manner. Did Dr. Angelyn Salaberry contact dentist Dr. Joel Keshwah, Kelowna Gospel Mission Dental Clinic and Dr. Ian Leitch's Kelowna dental offices, Kelowna Okanagan Dentistry to ensure they are aware of the errors within her outdated chart? She did not do this as none of these dentist offices, including herself, called me to indicate otherwise.

What started with my simple request for an explanation as to a possible mistake and dentist Dr. Angelyn Salaberry refusal to explain the chart, the Kelowna dental office chart of Dr. Angelyn Salaberry Kelowna Landmark Dental Centre may lead to fraudulent misrepresentation when other dentist take actions based upon misleading/unsupported/inaccurate information provided by this dentist.

Kelowna Dental Malpractice, Lack of Kelowna Dental Standard of Care, Kelowna Dental Negligence are claimed.

There is a sense of urgency for me. I still have a dentist destroyed tooth within my mouth that is now decaying. It has been a long time and I am still in major pain as the tooth split right through the root with fragments of broken teeth moving deep within my gums which leads me to bleed mouthfuls of blood in the mornings when I brush my teeth. Yes you would wonder why the broken teeth have no been pulled to date to stop the bleeding? Simply.. I do not have the money for repairing damage caused by Gospel Mission Dental Dr. Joel Keshwah and Government of British Columbia has refused to pay to remove teeth that have been destroyed by the Kelowna dental offices of Dr. Joel Keshwah, Kelowna Gospel Mission Dental Clinic. Quite emotional for me.. the entire truthful story is like a nightmare.

Dishonest Dental Offices in Kelowna

The dental office of Kelowna Gospel Mission Dental Clinic failure to repair in a timely manner and Dr. Joel Keshwah cutting at the jawbone has eroded the jaw bone that probably will require very costly repair in order to reestablish the jaw bone before any Implants can be done.. the tooth Dr. Keshwah destroyed is no longer salvageable. Implants cannot be done without a jaw bone. This is now at a different level. At the beginning I immediately requested Dr. Joel Keshwah of Kelowna Gospel Mission Dental Clinic repair the damage he caused, I was not requesting compensation for trauma, pain and suffering. Why would he not repair a tooth he totally destroyed and let me carry on? Just provide me a repair to my satisfaction. Although the Kelowna Gospel Mission Dental Administrator had already refused repair during my visit, later every dentist seemed to rely on Dr. Angelyn Salaberry dental offices medical chart.

My outdated patient chart was like a Dr. Angelyn Salaberry smorg of alleged root canals and crowns, yet all my teeth were healthy and never failed before my visit to The Kelowna Gospel Mission Dental Clinic. My teeth had not and were not going to fail on their own and absolutely no tooth that was listed within her chart ever failed before Dr. Joel Keshwah blunt force totally destroyed this tooth. Not funny, when I was seen by Okanagan Dentistry Kelowna dental office they relied on dentist Dr. Angelyn Salaberry charts.. they told me "finally that tooth gave up", no mention of Dr. Joel Keshwah Dental Medical Negligence and Dental Malpractice breaking this tooth.. I absolutely disagreed with the dental offices of Dr. Ian Leitch Kelowna Okanagan Dentistry and clearly said there was nothing wrong with that tooth and expected it to last my entire life. They continued to rely the misleading errors within Dr. Angelyn Salaberry outdated 8 year old charts. They told me they no longer wanted me as a patient after over 20 years "Don't come back to the dental offices of Okanagan Dentistry". They pulled the plug on me.. that's okay.. Not one of these dentist took the high road.. could they have thought choosing an easier low road makes things go away?

I met Kelowna Landmark Dental Centre, Dr. Angelyn Salaberry immediately after a dental examination by Dr. Ian Leitch's office of my medically broken tooth. Just like Okanagan Dentistry office I was sent packing by Landmark Dental Office, Dr. Angelyn Salaberry. At this point she knew about the misleading errors on her charts that every dentist relied upon.

Kelowna Landmark Dental Centre, Dr. Angelyn Salaberry failed to take steps to correct errors within her outdated chart that include:

1. Kelowna Landmark Dental Centre, Dr. Angelyn Salaberry should have explained the chart to me when requested. NOT DONE... REFUSED... TOO LATE!!

2. Kelowna Landmark Dental Centre, Dr. Angelyn Salaberry failed to Contact Kelowna Gospel Mission Dental Clinic Administration and voicing her concern that my tooth was destroyed by Dr. Joel Keshwah and request disciplinary action taken against this dentist.... Not done.

3. Kelowna Landmark Dental Centre, Dr. Angelyn Salaberry failed to Contact the College of Dentistry and file a complaint against this dentist. Not Done.

4. Kelowna Landmark Dental Centre, Dr. Angelyn Salaberry failed to contact Dr. Joel Keshwah, Kelowna Gospel Mission Dental Clinic and request he accept full responsibility for his actions and request he contact his insurance to ensure repairs are done and paid for in a timely manner. Not Done.

5. Kelowna Landmark Dental Centre, Dr Angelyn Salaberry failed to contact Dr. Ian Leitch dental office, Okanagan Dentistry and ensure his office does not rely on her errors within outdated, misleading, inaccurate patient charts. Not done.

6. Kelowna Landmark Dental Centre, Dr. Angelyn Salaberry failed to informed Dr. Ian Leitch, Okanagan Dentistry and the Kelowna Gospel Mission Dental Clinic that she believes there has been Dental Malpractice and Dental Negligence in this case. Not Done.

My long term relationships with both Kelowna Landmark Dental Centre, Dr. Angelyn Salaberry and Okanagan Dentistry, Dr. Ian Leitch's dental offices seemed to have treated me quite well before Joel Keshwah - Kelowna Gospel Mission Dental Clinic destroyed my teeth. While I was still a paying customer they were very polite and accommodating, treating me like royalty, after my tooth was destroyed by Dr. Joel Keshwah these dentists seemed to treat me like a very low class swine. Very bad treatment from these dentist offices after Gospel Mission Dental Dr. Joel Keshwah destroyed my teeth. Avoid these Kelowna dentists offices, they are bad and have little care should anything go bad like in my case. If only I had known ahead of time I would have never attended the Kelowna Gospel Mission Dental Clinic. No way of going back.

Totally avoid Dr. Angelyn Salaberry, Kelowna Landmark Dental Centre .. she is a bad dentist.

As a final note to my very true story... I was probably the last patient for the day for Dr. Keshwah, Kelowna Gospel Mission Dental Clinic. He never seemed to look at the X-ray in detail or have an accurate assessment what was to be done to avoid creating damage to other teeth. My visit was intended to get the last tooth removed on the right upper side of my mouth. I could see him struggling as he grabbed a surgical saw as he continued the struggle to cut the root out at the jaw bone as he destroyed my teeth beside... The current estimate for repair at this time can be over $100,000.00 since the jaw has eroded needing repair.

Instead of these dentists offices getting together in a timely manner to have a positive solution, they did the exact opposite. As for this lawyer request/threat to remove my absolutely truthful website.. Its not going to happen. I do not have the money to repair the damage or hire a lawyer.. See that black spot in the center of the tooth in a picture shown above.. the one covered with a Dr. Joel Keshwah temporary filling .. that is a bleeding root on that tooth covered up. See the jagged edges of blunt force trauma on that tooth. This is the tooth he destroyed.. absolutely no respect for me or my mouth.
